Abstract
The microwave-assisted was applied to optimize the extraction of polysaccharides from Enteromorpha Prolifera(EP) by response surface methodology(RSM).The effects of the microwave power, the radio of water to materia1 and the extraction time were studied with the central composite experimental design.Optimal conditions were as follows: microwave power 610 W,the ratio of water to material 1∶62(g∶mL),extraction time 11 min.Under such condition that the response surface model of the polysaccharides was up to 7.58 %.The RSM is feasible for optimal extraction process and this will improve the extraction conditions of polysaccharides from EP.
