The Basic Attribute of Contradiction and the Opening-up

The principles of the basic attribute of contradiction are the guiding ideology for us to well carry on the opening up program. In the course of the opening up, the identity of contradiction between Chinese Socialism and International Capitalism occupies a leading position. Meanwhile, there must exists the struggle of contradiction, but it is secondary. Therefore, we should correctly deal with the relationship between the two sides of contradiction with the identity in the primary place and the struggle subordinate to it, so that it helps implement the opening up policy and speed up the socialism modernization in China.
