Abstract
Toxicity measurement of four fungicides to Fusarium oxysporum of vanilla root rot was studied by plate growth rate method. The results showed that the effective concentrations for the four fungicides inhibited the growth of Fusarium oxysporum obviously, the EC_(50) of carbendazim,chlorothalonil,luheng-emeifu(hymexazol) and shijunke were 70.45,159.02,144.02,5.57mg/L,respectively,and shijunke was the best, carbendazim the second, and chlorothalonil the worst. The coefficient of correlation of four fungicides was above 0.98,and the correlation of fungicide concentration and inhibition was positive.
