Abstract
[Objective] The paper aims to select effective chemicals to control sesame wilt. [Method]The inhibitory activity of eight fungicides against Fusarium oxysporum was determined by the mycelial growth rate test. [Result] The results indicated in laboratory that eight kinds of fungicides in the test concentration has a certain inhibition effect on the growth of Fusarium oxysporum. Flusilazole showed the best effective to the Fusarium oxysporum, its EC 50 value only was 0. 232 mg/L. The followed is Pyraclostrobin, its EC 50 values was 0. 759 mg/L. In addition carbendazim and difenoconazole also have effective inhibition effect. [Conclusions] These studies provided the basis for mixes and controlling sesame wilt.
