Abstract

Because of the environmental deterioration,and the particular nature of the environmental concern,this will determine the responsibility of the government in the course of economic development.Hence the government shall enhance environmental protection law,establish effective monitoring(supervision) agency,set up comprehensive environmental comprehension system,so to protect and preserve for the benefit of future generation.
