Abstract

Objective:To discuss the clinical characteristics and curative effect of early inflammation intestinal obstruction after operation.Method:48 cases with inflammation intestinal obstruction from Oct.2005 to Oct.2009 were chose as object, and their occurrence time were analyzed. All the cases were given conventional treat-ment:fasting,continuous gastrointestinal decompression;kept water-electrolyte and acid-base balance;complete parenteral nutritional support;applied H2 receptor an-tagonist and somatostatin, adrenal cortical hormone, diuretic, and injected 60% of diatrizoate;antibiotics was used according to their disease conditions.Result:Conven-tional treatment was performed on all the cases. The time of gastrointestinal decompression was(12.3 ± 3.1)days,the remission time of distension and abdominal pain was(5.2 ± 1.6)days,the time of flatus and defecation was(8.3 ± 3.2)days.39 cases were cured,9 had obvious effect, and the total effective rate was 100%.Conclu-sion:Early inflammation intestinal obstruction often occurred in two weeks after operation.Patients could be cured with non-operative treatment.
