Abstract
Gradation and levels of the regional open depend on inter-regional opening and international openness, which influence each other and promote each other. With the relevant data in 2011,city interregional openness and international degree of openness in 18 cities in Henan Province is compared. The analysis through GM(1,N) model shows that, economic growth all over the city of Henan province is dominated by the investment drive, while contribution of inter-regional opening and international opening level to economic growth is small.Spatial analysis results from the Arcgis software demonstrate that the openness difference among the cities in Henan Province is very obvious, development between interregional opening and international openness is uncoordinated, and the leading role that center cities play in regional economy should be enhanced.
