Application of Data Warehouse in Distribution Power Network GIS

Abstract

After discussing the basic concepts and features of data warehouse,this paper develops an application for distribution power network,which takes the construction experience and the trait of electric power GIS into consideration.The process of constructing the basic GIS data warehousing framework in distribution power network is presented in details.This mode integrates the data from GIS,SCADA and MIS,and improves the integration of the whole distribution system.
