On the Juristic Act of Real Right in our Ownership Transfer

As for juristic act of real right, there are three legislative system and two theories (negative and positive). The author points out that where there exists transfer of ownership, there is juristic act of real right after analyzing transfer of ownership in six real situations. In the transition of movables and immovables, the confusion between theory and practice will emerge if juristic act of real right is denied Therefore, our Real Law should adopt the theory of juristic act of real right.
