Abstract
From the loopholes and defects of the theory on juristic act of real right, this article analyses many inferiorities and deficiencies of the application value (social practical function) of this theory. What's more, it exposes that this theory is in conflict with the civil law system. In view of facts, China Real Right shoudn't adopt this theory and shoud abandon it, I think.
