Abstract

According to Article 224 of the Criminal Law, the purpose of illegal possession is the indispensable subjective requisites of Crime of Contract Fraud. Consequently, whether she/he has the purpose of illegal possession or not is the key to define this crime. This article will probe into the definition, the time of the formation and the conviction of the purpose of illegal possession, hoping to be conducive to the theory and practice of the Criminal Law.
