Abstract
The mechanism of the destruction of buried pipeline cathodic protection(CP) system was studied by constant potential polarization and constant current polarization using laboratory simulation device.A new method to determine the cathodic protection potential was also studied. The results show that a new buried metallic pipeline CP criterion under AC interference condition can be established based on the trend of protection current density curve.A minimum cathodic protection potential formula at AC interference current deusities from 0 to 100 A·m-2 was built up.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
