Exploring the Western Area Exploitation based on the Study of the Private Economic Development in Zhejiang Province

After depicting the track and summarizing the common meaning of the private economic development in Zhejiang Province, This paper indicates that the key point of Western Exploitation lies in the economic development internal mechanism, and the development of the private economy will subserve the establishment of the sort of internal mechanism. This article also explores the initial condition and development pattern of the private economy in the western region of China.
