Chief Features and New Experience in Developing Individual Private Economy of Zhejiang

Following the main line of upgrading and accelerating the development of the individual private economy in Zhejiang, the paper makes a profound analysis of the developing trend and chief features of the individual private economy in Zhejiang since China was open to the world, especially since the 15th National Congress of CPC.
