Abstract

The compensation for mental damages includes the indemnity for crippledom,the indemnity for death.The compensation for mental damages also includes the family members indemnity if the victim is dead,and the victim's indemnity because the unsafely production lead to losing his particular belongings.In the course of amending the production liability laws,the legislature should reify the system of compensation for mental damages and formulate the criterion of the compensation for mental damages.
