Abstract
Strengths perspective is to be recognized and to be practiced in social work recently.We all have known there are many excellent teachers in the earthquake of Sichuan,but still someone lost the teachers professional ethics.Teachers' resilience comes to people' eyes.Teachers in Reform school is a special group,the writer want to search for teacher' resilience from this.The writer follow Ms.Xiao-hua Xi twice to joined the training which was for the Reform teachers of Beijing.During the training of teachers' resilience,special concerns need to be given to teachers' sense of belongingness,sense of compe-tence and sense of optimism.This article elaborates teachers' sense of belongingness only,and tries to record the explore process of the train ing of teachers' resilience.
