Abstract
Objective To understand the cognition and utilization of community health service center among community residents.Methods By random sampling,a survey of 399 residents from Changchun City was conducted.Results The survey indicates that 83.2% of the residents heard of community health service centers and 61.2% once enjoyed the services,while 87.4% had the willingness to accept the service.Utilization rate of community health service of residents with different cognition on community health service center indicated statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion The more residents know about community heath service center,the higher utilization of community health service center is.The improvement of residents ’ cognition of community health service organization will boost its utilization.
