Abstract
The connotation of low-carbon economy and its relationship among circular economy,green economy and ecological economy were demonstrated.It is showed that low-carbon economy was the key for industrial structure adjustment and economic growth mode transformation.The working focus and suggestions about low-carbon economic development were raised.
