Abstract
The appeasement diplomatic policy of Qing Dynasty in Opium War era is a sinking autocratic thinking from feudal monarchs,which not only reflects the world outlook and basic guiding ideology of the rulers in dealing with international relationship at historical turning point,and also has an effect of blocking the international information out of China and leading the country to insult.So it is the root cause of the failure of Qing Dynasty.
