Abstract
The effect of different carbon source, nitrogen source, surfactant, initial pH,medium material/water ratio, temperature and time based on main raw materials of wheat bran and corn cob on cellucase activity of A.niger XZ-3Sstrain by single-factor and L9(34)orthogonal test and then the solidstate fermentation condition of A.niger XZ-3Sstrain with producing cellulase was optimized to improve utilization efficiency of cellulose. Results:The optimal fermentation condition of A.niger XZ-3Sstrain with producing cellulase includes 6∶2of wheat bran/corn cob ratio,4.0% ammonium sulfate,0.4%Twain-40,initial pH 4.0,28℃,96 hand 1∶1.5of medium material/water ratio. The activity of CMC and FPA enzyme of A.niger XZ-3Sstrain with producing cellulase can reach 273.56IU/g and 135.61IU/g under the optimal fermentation condition respectively.
