The Study of Hubei Province Local Government Project Management Model

In response to the financial crisis,the Central People’s Government of the People’s Republic of China and governments at all levels have put forward the corresponding economic stimulus package that the local government project for alleviating the current financial crisis and stimulate economic growth is significant.However,the current local government projects are still large distances in the project objectives,project efficiency and quality,etc.The main reason is that the local government does not establish an effective management model,etc.In this paper,by the collection of domestic and foreign literature and cases of Hubei Province,as well as inductive analysis,I puts forward the local government project in Hubei Province 1 +4 + N management model,discussed its operating mechanism and legal norms.
