Establishing fair viewpoint that fair and efficiency should be consolidate to suit market economy

Fairness and a pair of contradiction are difficult to coodinate as a realistic problem faced by every developing country in the world.The contradiction becomes considerably conspicuous during the period of transformation of economic system in China,becaust it will influence socialist economic construction greatly.It is necessary to recognize and handle the relationship between faimess and properly.This paper proposes some suggestions on how to establish a scientific faimess vies based on the principle of efficiency first,while giving consideration to impartiality.
