Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation of the level of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and the NYHA classification in dilated cardiomyopathy patients.Method:114 dilated cardiomyopathy patients were subdivided into 3 groups according to NYHA classification, their sero-BNP were measured by chemiluminescence and the correlation relationship of th level of BNP and the NYHA classification was analysed.Result:BNP levels increased with the severity of heart failure according to the NYHA classification,single-factors analysis showed that it has Significant difference of BNP levels in Ⅱ~ Ⅳclass of NYHA patients(P0.01).Conclusion:There are obviously correlativity in BNP level and the NYHA classification of dilated cardiomyopathy patients.
