Abstract
The ultrasonic extraction of total flanovonoids in the fruit marc of Hippophae rhamnoides L.was studied. The extraction process of total flanovonoids was optimized with orthogonal experiment, and there was a comparison between the ultrasonic method and the refluxing method. The results indicated that optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows:the mixture solution of V(ethyl acetate) and V(95% ethanol)(3∶7) as extracting solvent, stock ratio 1∶10(mass∶volume),temperature 50 ℃,time 30 min.And the ultrasonic method was superior to the refluxing technology.
