Abstract
[Objective]The effects of growth regulatiors on characters and economic yield of ground and underground of Aconitum coreanum were studied.[Method]The study was conducted by spraying different concentrations of paclobutrazol,chlormequat chloride and mepiqudt chloride.[Result]The dwarf effect of 500 mg/L chlormequat chloride treatment on plant was obvious.The lowest lodging rate of 15.6% was observed by 150 mg/L paclobutrazol.The largest numbers of seminal roots could be achieved by spraying 500 mg/L chlormequat chloride.The largest economic yield could be improved by 43.04% by spraying 500 mg/L chlormequat chloride.[Conclusion]It displayed distinct effect on the characters and economic yielding of A.coreanum by spraying paclobutrazol,chlormequat chloride.
