Abstract
The genotypes and genetic rule of high molecular weight glutenin subunit(HMW-GS) in wheat were conducted by SDS-PAGE in protein levels. The results indicated that the band patterns of HMW-GS were controlled by wheat genes and they were not affected by environmental factors. The parents transmitted all HMW-GS to the hybrid F1 in some cross combinations, and the female parent affected significantly in inheritance in hybrid F1 in anothor cross combination.
