Abstract

Financing problem has become one of the main constrains on the development of SMEs.The reasons for financial difficulties include the small size of China's SMEs,their financial status,and external support mechanisms.Multi-faceted solutions to this problem are put forward: improving the credibility of SMEs,proper creating appropriate financial environment,providing better institutional environment,and the construction of capital markets.
