Abstract
At present,financing constraints of small-and-medium-sized enterprises has become a key factor in healthy and rapid development.From the present situation of financing of SMEs,this article analyzes the reasons for the formation of financing difficulties,and proposes countermeasures in order to further promote SMEs to better serve the local economic and social development.
