Abstract
Objective:To determine the content and the related substances of telmisartan by RP-HPLC. Methods:The separation was performed on an Alltech Alltima C_(18) column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm) ,the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-0.01 mol·L~(-1) ammonnium acetate (60:40, to make up the pH 6.0 with acetic acid) , the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~(-1),the detection was carried out with a dinode array detector at 298 nm and 255 nm respectively. Results:The linear range of the determination by RP-HPLC was 50- 250μg·mL~(-1), the correlation coefficient was 0.9999,the least detective range was 0.04 ng,the precision in a day(RSD0.5% )and during the day(RSD0.5%)were good. Conclusions:The method is simple, rapid and the results is accurate.
