Road Selection of Southern Jiangsu's Industrial Promotion in Its Later-stage Industrialization

At the beginning of early industrialization,the industrial structure of southern Jiangsu Province was upgraded by basic production elements and investment.But from the 21st century this method has been hindering its development.Learning from the experience of Japan and Korea that they upgraded industrial structure through innovation of science and technology,Southern Jiangsu should adopt the same method.This paper suggests some ways for Southern Jiangsu to upgrade its industrial structure in its later-stage industrialization,i.e.bringing more talented persons,stressing the enterprise as the main body during the innovation of science and technology,creating favourable environment for the innovation of science and technology,promoting the industrial convergency and cooperation,and international technology transfer as well as using advanced science and technology to restructure the traditional superior industries.
