On Limited Liability of Shareholder at One-person Company

Abstract
Company Law of the People's Republic of China(2005) has established the system of one-person limited liability companies.One-person company' limited liability of shareholder is legal.The shareholder of one-person company enjoys the limited liability in the company law needed for regulation premise stipulated by company law.The shareholder of one-person company enjoys the limited liability in the judicature to need completing the burden of proof in accordance with the law.
