Abstract
Suitability evaluation of reserved arable land is a kind of multi-target uncertain identification. As traditional methods are not suitable for fuzzy evaluation, optimization of evaluation methods is imperative. This paper analyzes the application of matter element module in this field.According to the characteristics of this kind of evaluation, the paper studies the process of suitability evaluation of reserved arable land based on matter element module, the building of evaluation index system for matter element module, the dividing method of evaluation unit and approach of data classification, with Jiangxia District,Wuhan City,as a case of study to expound building process of this module, exploring the geographical distribution rule of reserved arable land in this district.
