Abstract
Objective:To discuss the value of detection of CRP,WBC and ESR in differential diagnosis of early bacterial and virus infections in children.Methods:All of the specimen were examined by CRP rapid analyzer,automatic hematology analyzer and ESR analyzer respectively.Results:The results of CRP,WBC and ESR in bacterial infections group were obviously higher than that in the control one (P0.01).The levels of CRP and WBC were significantly different between bacterial infection group and virus infections group (P 0.01).Compared with the bacterial group,the level of CRP and WBC ESR in viral infection group was not signficant (P0.05).Conclusion:Detection of CRP and WBC is valuable for differential diagnosis of early acute infections in children,especially in bacterial and viral infection.
