Abstract
To fulfill the duty of safety protection of hospital for patients is regulated by Tort Liability Law.Facilities should be inspected whether it is in its normal operation and patients' spirit should be more attention to prevent accident caused by adverse drug use in clinical nursing.Case which has disobeyed safety protection duty is analyzed.It is presented that details should be paid more attention in clinical nursing.
