The clinical comparative study of laparoscopic assisted and conventional open thyroidectomy

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic assisted and conventional open thyroidectomy for thyroid disease.Methods The hospital treated 143 cases of thyroid disease,were randomly divided into experimental and control group,experimental group were treated with laparoscopic assisted surgery for thyroid treatment,and the control group were treated with conventional surgery.Results After treatment,the difference of two groups in operation time and the length of time was not statistically significant(P0.05),the difference of two groups in other clinical general index comparison was statistically significant(P0.05);the postoperative discomfort and the incidence of complications of experimental patients were lower than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The patients with thyroid disease,thyroid surgery endoscopic assisted treatment,can effectively improve patient outcomes,reduce patient complications.
