Abstract

The Cultivation of students' innovative ability is one important issue in college personnel training.The Construction of Extracurricular Activities aboutproject-based,science and technology competition for incentives,social practice as radiationcan stimulate students' awareness of innovation, train the innovational brain and foster the innovation skills.They can be effectively combined with social practice,which is tested and developing in practice.
