Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of combined treatment with itopride, lansoprazole and flupentixol melitracen and psychological intervention on functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods A total of 120 patients with FD were randomly treated with itopride 50 mg three times daily before meals and lansoprazole 30 mg once daily on an empty stomach(control group,n=60) or in combination with flupentixol melitracen 10.5 mg once daily before lunch(treatment group,n=60) for 8 weeks. In addition, all patients were given psychological intervention.Clinical efficacy,SDS scores,SAS scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with control group, the total effective rate significantly increased and incidence of adverse reactions obviously decreased in treatment group(96.67% vs 85.00% and 8.33% vs 14.99%,respectively;P0.05).Furthermore,the incidence of depression and anxiety in treatment group was markedly lower than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment with itopride, lansoprazole and flupentixol melitracen and psychological intervention are effective and produce less adverse reactions in patients with FD.
