Study on the factor influencing enterprises' decision of IT outsourcing

Abstract

For lots of small and medium-sized enterprises, IT outsourcing becomes an efficient mode to implement informationization. This paper analyses the factors influencing IT outsourcing of enterprises in China. At last, a basic approach of decision-making to help enterprises to implement IT outsourcing is given.
