Based on the Production and the Ecology Benefit Analysis Angle of View of Land Utilization Project

The expansion of the arable land in quantity is limited,but in the aspect of improving the quality of cultivated land has a relatively large space.The basic function of land development and consolidation is an effective supplementary cultivated land area,enhance the overall grain production capacity,improve agricultural ecological environmental quality,promote the intensive utilization of land and speed up the rural economic and social development,and its essence is to effectively improve the quality of cultivated land.This study according to the HeiLongjiang province Ningan city basalt stone field XiangShui rice industry base land management major engineering preliminary engineering design,combined with the achievements of farmland classification,for land consolidation both before and after the changes of cultivated land quality and productivity evaluation,land development and consolidation project implementation heavy cultivated land quantity to cultivated land quality change.
