Based on the analysis of the construction work of the Party Committee and the Party of Guangxi Agriculture Cultivation State-owned Shatang Farmland,guided by Deng Xiao-ping theory andThree RepresentativesImportant Thoughts, the paper fully fulfills the Scientific Outlook on Development,deeply analyzes the new tasks facing the Party construction work in the new situation and puts forward the countermeasures on how state-owned enterprises to do a good job in party construction.
