Abstract
Objective:To determine ursolic acid in Hedyotis diflusa Willd from difierent habitat and to provide a reference for quality control of raw materials. Methods:The analysis was performed by HPLC with Alltech RP-C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol:water(90:10) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm,and the column temperature was maintained at 30℃.Results: The linear range of ursolic acid was 10.916~152.824 μg/mL(r = 0.9997).The average recovery rate of ursolic acid was 98.48%,with RSD being 1.27%.Conclusion: The detemination method is simpIe,accurate and reproducible, and suitabIe for the quality control of Hedyotis diffusa Willd.
