Abstract

The public interest litigation is a lawsuit that the law allows for the direct interest of individual citizens or organizations on behalf of the state or the whole community to bring the judicial proceedings to protect national murray benefits and social and public interests when the illegal activities of adminstrative subject damage national benefits or social and public interests.It is imminent to establish the public interest litigation in China.
