Abstract
In the evolution of organizational structure of multinational companies there is an inherent logical consistency,and the elasticity is increasing constantly.However,the elasticity of the organizational structure is not isolated.It is closely associated with the level of globalization,technological conditions,multinational strategy,the expansion of corporate boundaries and other factors.
