Influence of "Three Capital" on Migrant Workers' Social Integration

Sociologist Pierre Bourdieu pointed out the three main forms of capital were the economic capital,cultural capital and social capital when he analyzed the type of capital.And he further indicated that the possibility of conversion existed between these three kinds of capital.Migrant workers' survival and development are subjected to many restrictions when they come to urban society from rural society.Because of their lack of cultural capital,the poor economic capital and social capital,there are significant effects on their social integration.Therefore,we should enhance migrant workers' economic capital through adopting the system,enhance their cultural capital through education training and enhance their social capital though participating in interactive.At last that will promote the social integration of migrant workers.
