Problems and solutions in combining training with teaching on the cultivation of reserve sportsof Shandong province

Through expert interviews and questionnaires,it reports a field research into the implementation of combining teaching with training in five cities of Shandong province.In discussing the problems which occurred in the construction and development of sports schools,four types of schools including traditional sports school,school of reserve talent training,sports training school and juvenile sports club are observed as samples.Effective ways are suggested to solve the problems.The researcher then highlighted the importance of establishing a sound extracurricular training system which should cover cultivation,training,and transportation of sports talents.Such a system will be more adapted to the needs of social development and more helpful to promote the leading position of Shandong province over the country both in education and sports training.
