Visual Features of Chinese Paintings in Calligraphy

The issue of visualization of Chinese paintings has attracted a lot of attentions in the art field.It has proven that the basis for the visual features of traditional Chinese paintings is calligraphic strokes,which are reflected in the general layout as well as in the stiff using of brushes.The cultural connotation and spiritual skills of calligraphy have fostered the traditional visual features of Chinese paintings.Meanwhile,the imagistic aesthetic state has become the core of the visual features of Chinese paintings.Therefore,we cannot discard the visual features of Chinese paintings in the name of so-called visual creation.The newly emphasis on huge,intensive and full-range visual objects in some Chinese paintings actually have diverted from the basic visual features Chinese paintings in terms of cultural connotations and charms of inks.
