Theory of Ecological Civilization in Western Ecological Marxism:Three Dimensions and Significance

The theory of ecological civilization in Western Ecological Marxism is remarkably characterized by its searching for the root and solution of ecological problems from a perspective of the unified three dimensions,including its philosophical value,institution and politics.The research on ecological theories in China is limited for its absence of the dimensions of institution and politics as a result of identifying with the research paradigm and conclusion of the theory of western ecological civilization.Accordingly,we must insist on the guidance of Marxism,pay more attention to digging of Marxist ecological resources,and realize the environmental justice based on the safeguard of the right of development and environment.
