Abstract
It is a necessity for internship which is closely connected with teaching,leaning and practicing in vocational education.Internship is also an important and effective method in developing students' overall professional competence.Occupation-orientated and competence-focused internship,together with strict working rules and regulations,are sure ways for quality internship and employment competitiveness.
