Abstract
Over many years' investigation and analysis of vocational college students for internship arrangement,implementation,process monitoring,effect evaluation and other aspects,the author finds out that there are many negative phenomena as some higher vocational students view internship as taking the places of others halfheartedly,working as a less capable man to make up for the shortage of labor,working as a bystander without enough knowledge to meet the need and obtaining academic credit by cheating.In order to promote the educational level of the vocational college and improve the quality of graduates,the author puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems.
