Abstract
Moral decline has become a common understanding on the qualities of contemporary Chinese people.Have Chinese people really been moral declined? To discuss this issue,we should first clarify the meaning of and what is moral decline.In fact,the quality of Chinese people did not decline,but disordered.Causes of Chinese disordered are complex and diverse.Today China is in a period of social transformation,and the social transformation period which leads to social anomie is the basic reason for the disorder.
